The pools were clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The surf strength was a bit disappointing, limiting water activities. The evening entertainment could use more variety, as some performances were repetitive.

We appreciated hotel's facilities and the food. Playa Revolcadero was 100 feet from the property. We wanted to see Playa Princess Acapulco Guerrero, it was 25 mins walk from the hotel.

A right place for our trip, would come here again. It was a perfect experience in general. Hotel was great! We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to acapulco botanical garden.

During my stay, I was excited to explore the local area and found that there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby to satisfy my culinary cravings. the hotel's location right on the beach allowed for easy access to sun, sand, and soothing ocean waves. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of a lazy river on the property. It would have been a nice addition to have this relaxing feature available for guests to enjoy.

Great view of the beach from our room. Loved the spacious balcony and the sound of the waves. , we enjoyed the free activities offered by the hotel, such as beach volleyball and paddleboarding. The location was perfect, very close to the main attractions of the city.

The hotel was very overpriced for what it offered. Food was expensive and mediocre, and the staff was not very friendly.
